We want you to be fully satisfied with your order. If you are not, you may request a refund or exchange under the following conditions:

• Refund requests must be made within 30 days of receiving your order.

• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.

• To start a return, contact us at contact@ninjalegacy.de.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

• Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you about the approval of your refund.

• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
